铸件（HT250）

　　巨冈磨床主机座、工作台等全部铸件体均采用HT250高等级灰口铸铁，并经由有限元分析与计算，达到提高刚性与质量的工程需求，每件铸件均经过高温回火和6个月以上的自然时效方式消除内应力(铸件在炉内升温至550一570，保温5~6H,再以每小时50度降至100度以下)，机床床体稳定不变形，并具有良好的抗弯及抗扭应力，确保了巨冈磨床持久工作精度。

人工铲刮

　　巨冈磨床采用硬轨全人工刮研工艺，岗位员工工作经验均达10年以上，铲刮部件精度基准点控制在每平方厘米10一12点范围内，导轨面贴合进口高品质铁氟龙增加耐磨性，减低阻尼系数，能给机床运行提供足够的研磨精度保证

滚珠丝杠

　　巨冈磨床所采用的丝杆均为P3级高精度滚珠丝杆滚动摩擦系数小，传动效率高，其效率可达90%以上，摩擦系数在0.002~0.005;有效降低摩擦系数与速度的差异，起动扭矩接近运转扭矩，所以工作平稳无冲击，磨损小且寿命长，可用调整装置调整顶紧力，传动精度与刚度均得到提高具有传动可逆性，即可将回转运动变为直线运动又可把直线运动变为回转运动，有效提高机床工作精度和淑咙址墒淆揉按定性。
